EMDR intensives are extended 2–3 hour therapy sessions designed for individuals who are seeking deeper, faster healing — whether from trauma, birth or medical-related distress, perinatal anxiety, or unresolved emotional pain.
These sessions allow us to move beyond the pacing of weekly therapy sessions and work directly with the nervous system and core memories, creating space for lasting change, integration, and relief.
I accept referrals from therapists, OBs, doulas, and other perinatal professionals. Clients often return to their ongoing therapist after completing an intensive (unless ongoing care with me is requested).
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or in need of deeper processing — and you’re ready to take the next step toward healing — reach out to schedule a consultation call.
Becoming a mother is a profound psychological transition. Many women experience increased anxiety, intrusive thoughts, emotional intensity, or a sense of losing parts of themselves. These experiences are common, but they are often misunderstood or minimized in medical settings and social circles.
This 6-week group provides a structured, therapeutic space for mothers to better understand what they are feeling, process their experiences, and build emotional tools grounded in perinatal mental health research.
